Pitch Report of Arun Jaitley Stadium

The Arun Jaitley Stadium is known for its batsman-friendly pitch and offers a balanced contest between batting and bowling. Here is the pitch overview of the stadium :

Batting Dynamics: The pitch is normally dry and favors batsmen the most especially; those who have short boundaries. The teams there sometimes score over 200 which seems very rare.

Bowling Dynamics: Fast bowlers can exploit early movements while the spinners there become more effective as the match moves forward. Chris Jordan from the England Cricket Team becomes the example there who made the score of 4/28.
